Grateful? This year? A resounding YES! Maybe it is even more obvious this year, that we take too often too many things for granted. Well, they are not, and we are sure reflecting just for a moment makes it clear for everybody that there are truly many things to be grateful for.
Of course, this year was kinda “different” with many firsts for almost everybody. Entering a bank with the face covered with a mask was definitively one for me. And for sure it was – and still is – challenging for many, especially also for the hospitality industry. But it is also with gratefulness to see, how science and technology were able to come up with a vaccine in record time and thus delivering the proverbial “light at the end of the tunnel”. However, vaccines are no solution, only vaccination is. To get this job done globally also needs people like Medecines Sans Frontieres. They have big challenges in front of them and we are happy that we can stand behind them and support via donating. Another thing to be grateful.
